Learn about Senior's Living
Population
growth in the 65 plus group, coupled with the need for supports
to maintain independence, has led to increased demand for
assisted living housing options for seniors and for complex care
living residence in British Columbia. Changes within a seniors’
household, medical and social needs have a profound affect on
how, and why, seniors choose assisted living options and need
complex care residences. |

Keeping
Couples Together
We have designed The Residence at Morgan Heights to
accommodate couples with living options in both complex care and in
assisted living. If a couple, two friends, or two members of a family
would like to live together, it is possible to make special arrangements
for two people to live in an assisted living two bedroom suite together
or in a larger complex care room. The Residence is designed if a spouse
is living in complex care and their wife is living in assisted living,
programs and meals may be enjoyed. |
